Step 1 - Consultation
All companies are different and we understand that! This is why we develop a custom solution for every client we service. The goals of our initial consultation are as followings:
Locate all mission critical data on network
Define data retention requirements
Calculate total cost based on amout of data being stored
Once we have determined the best approach an off-site backup scheme can be created. Having a written backup scheme helps to ensure as your company changes ALL missions critical data is being transferred off-site.
Step 2 - Data Transfer
Once we have established a business relation we can begin creating off-site backups. Our off-site backup technology requires a single one-time initial transfer before synchronization can begin. This is normally planned over a weekend or holiday to prevent any interruption to your normal business. To ensure the highest level of security we utilize military grade encryption when transferring files over the Internet
Step 3 - Monthly Reports
Off-site syncronized backups are a fantastic tool, but with no accountability, its difficult to know if your data is really safe. To solve this we mail each of our clients a monthly report showing each of the directories you have stored along with the total ammount of data stored in each.
